Return Policy


If the item arrived is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within three (3) days from the received day and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

1) Within three (3) days after delivery

2) New condition and unused

3) Original packaging

4) Attached with the original tag and label


We are reserve the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet all of the above conditions. Our return policy does not apply to “SALES ITEM” item, item that has been removed from its original packaging, damaged item resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, mattresses, any self- assembly furniture once assembly is part or fully completed or item damaged after receipt of delivery more than three (3) days.


Cancellation Policy


You can cancel your order with no additional charge and receive a full refund of the item(s) you wish to cancel within 24 hours after you made a payment. Refund will made to the same method of payment as the original payment.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email after 24 hours your transaction is successful. Kindly note that once an order has been successfully placed, we are not able to make any modifications or cancellations on your order.
