Delivery Information

Moretti Concept currently ship to any street address in Peninsular Malaysia. We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for doorstep deliveries.

For in-stock items will typically require a minimum of three (3) up to seven (7) business day to arrive to your desired item collection address. However, for pre-order items delivery lead time a minimum thirty (30) up to forty-five (45) business days.

Our standard delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 10.00am to 6.00pm.

RM150 shipping charge only applicable for every trip of delivery within Klang Valley. Please contact our customer service about delivery charges varied for location out of Klang Valley.

Furniture Delivery

For furniture purchases, your delivery will be scheduled in advanced.

Purchased items will be delivered to your doorstep and/or transported to your desired space.

Installation of your purchased furniture (if applicable) and removal and disposal of all packaging materials will also done by us.

Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time, and that the delivery path and premise are free of obstacles, including any existing furniture items.

Please ensure the size of your loading lifts (if condominium/apartment) can fit the furniture items.

Delivery team reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the lifting process is deemed hazardous (items prone to damage on narrow stairways, obstruction of passageways), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment. In these instances, you will be charged an extra delivery fees.

For customer residing in condominium, please inform us of the time availability for us to schedule deliver accordingly.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within the time period given, your order will be cancelled without refunds.
